Please note: This guide is for reference only. Fit can vary depending on your body shape and the style of bra.
Bra Size Measurements
To find your bra size, you’ll need two measurements: your band size and your bust size. From these, you can calculate your cup size.
1. Measure your band
Wrap a tape measure around your ribcage, directly underneath your bust where your bra band would naturally sit.
Keep the tape level and snug, without pulling it too tightly.
Make a note of your measurement in inches and use our size guide to find your corresponding ESHI band size.
2. Measure your bust
Wrap the tape measure around the fullest part of your bust.
Keep the tape level around your body and comfortably against your skin without pulling it tight or compressing your bust.
Make a note of this measurement in inches.
3. Find your cup size
Subtract your band measurement from your bust measurement:
Bust measurement − Band measurement = Cup size
Use the difference to find your cup size:
| Difference | Cup Size |
| 1 inch | A |
| 2 inches | B |
| 3 inches | C |
| 4 inches | D |
| 5 inches | DD |
| 6 inches | E |
| 7 inches | F |
| 8 inches | FF |
| 9 inches | G |
Example: If your bust measures 34 inches and your band measures 30 inches, the difference is 4 inches, giving you a D cup.
Once you have your band and cup measurements, use our ESHI Size Guide to find your recommended size.
